FAQs

Happy to Answer All Your Questions

01.What extra benefits do I get from a video call other than time?+

With a video call, we are able to see and evaluate rashes and any other visible signs of illnesses, thereby allowing us to deal with your issues in a more efficient manner.

02.If I add the video service do I get 30 mins or 35?+

No, the video call will replace the telephone call but you will only be charged for the video call.

03.Can you do X-rays, MRI's, CT's, ECG's or ultrasounds?+

We can do ECG's on site and have your results within minutes. For any imaging, we work with a partner private hospital which we can book your appointment with within 24–48 hours.

04.Can you do allergy tests?+

Yes, we provide allergy tests, protecting people from allergic reactions.

05.How long do I have to wait for the blood tests?+

Most of our blood tests can be done at the surgery and results can be ready in an hour or less.

12.What if we forgot to ask something in the consultation, will we have to book a new appointment to ask the question?+

No — more often than not, as part of the service included in the consultation fee, the doctor will be available via WhatsApp for any small queries or clarifications.

13.Can we discuss more than one problem per consultation?+

Yes, there is no restriction on how many problems you can discuss. However, to make the consultation more effective, it's recommended to either book a double appointment or restrict the consultation to a maximum of 2–3 problems.
