Our full health check-up gives you a detailed overview of your current health through a combination of blood tests, an ECG to check heart function, and spirometry to measure lung capacity. It's designed as a proactive review rather than just reacting to a problem, helping to catch potential issues early and giving you personalised advice on where to focus. The full assessment typically takes 60–90 minutes, and your GP will talk through your results with you before you leave. We'd generally recommend an annual check-up, or more often if you have ongoing health concerns or risk factors.
